All Talbot Heirs accommodations are spacious suites comfortably accommodate two. Each is equipped with with a queen-sized bed, CD player, cable TV with HBO and a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dinnerware. Most suites also have dishwashers and microwaves. Though some people refer to us as a bed & breakfast, we are not a typical B&B. There is no group breakfast, but each kitchen is stocked with items such as regular and decaf coffee, tea, biscotti, oatmeal, small box cereals (usually Raisin Bran or Cheerios), milk, juice and bottled water for two. The guesthouse is a second story walk-up. All of our rooms are also non-smoking though the studio rooms (3, 5, 7) have outside seating areas where smoking is allowed.
